Cinnamon is one of the best aromas out there. However, when it’s paired with bread, it becomes even better. This easy recipe creates a satisfying breakfast or breakfast-for-dinner meal. On its own, you can taste the subtle brick flavor. Sprinkle on a little more cinnamon and a few add-ons like butter, sugar-free syrup, maybe a side of bacon, and you’ll be set.

8g Cinnamon Crunch Keto Brick
2oz cream cheese
2 large eggs
1/2t cinnamon
1/4t baking powder
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the brick and cream cheese then melt in increments of 15 seconds. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix. Add in eggs then combine until smooth. (Don’t add the eggs first as they may scramble.)
Spray a shallow baking pan with oil or rub down with butter to prevent sticking. Pour in batter and bake for 15-20 minutes. During the bake, heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
Once it’s done baking, cut into slices (my mold yielded three) and lightly fry in the pan.
