I formulated the Keto Brick back in 2017 as a way for me to "scratch my own itch." I was deep in a contest prep and needed a way to take the guesswork out of meal prep and simplify my nutrition.

The Keto Brick was my solution to a need for a shelf-stable meal, with high quality ingredients, and a ton of calories to fuel my training.

I never intended to create a physical product or a business out of the Brick but my girlfriend at the time, wonderful wife now, Crystal convinced me otherwise.

We rolled up our sleeves and dove head first into the wonderful world of business. Countless sleepless nights later, we built the successful operation that exists today and we couldn't be more proud!

We've been able to keep the entire Keto Brick production process in-house and under our own roof. We now employ a wonderful team that has become more of a family than a group of coworkers.
